Having led and delivered many complex cross-functional transformation programmes, I’ve seen how organisational effectiveness falters when built around generic frameworks that miss the real-world needs of the organisation.

I’ve supported the design, development, and transformation across service and income-generating functions, enabling service areas, strategy and PMO operations. My work brings together people, processes, capabilities, governance, and culture – ensuring all elements operate in sync to drive performance and adapt as business needs evolve.

I come equipped with a robust set of practical, well-tested tools and resources to support change and transformation, including a comprehensive consultation and change 101 toolkit. Developed through extensive, proven practice, this toolkit gives leaders the structure and confidence to navigate sensitive, complex change with clarity and care.

I help organisations reimagine the HR function as a strategic, service-led enabler, agile, insight-driven, and deeply embedded in business performance.

Whatever name you choose – HR, People & Culture, Colleague Experience – it’s how the function shows up, connects across the business, and is set up to deliver that determines its influence.

With deep experience leading and evolving HR teams, I focus on transforming traditional operating models and moving beyond legacy frameworks. My approach builds future-ready HR capability through agile service design, strong partnering, and integrated delivery.

I support meaningful transitions across the function: recruitment teams into strategic Talent Acquisition partners; HR Business Partners into leaders of people performance and organisational effectiveness; and L&D teams into embedded Talent and Capability Consultants. Central to my model is the development of a dedicated HR Portfolio Office—the engine room for structured delivery, prioritisation, and success from the people agenda.

The result is a confident, credible HR function; positioned to lead transformation, culture, and performance across the enterprise.

With years of experience hosting high-impact events, leading keynote sessions, and facilitating strategic conversations, I create environments where teams can think boldly, speak openly, and move forward together. My approach blends sharp facilitation with emotional intelligence -ensuring every voice is heard and every session delivers tangible outcomes.

I offer access to a purpose-built venue in the Midlands, designed to host up to 60 people for immersive, proven team-building experiences. From diagnostics and design to delivery and follow-up, I support teams through the full journey – whether they’re forming, storming, norming, or transforming.
