With 13 years experience in HR, Change, People and Culture, including 5 years in senior leadership and 2 years on an executive team, I’ve shaped people strategies in moments of growth, crisis, and reinvention. I work directly with senior leaders to redesign human systems, lead change, and build agile, future-ready HR functions that drive performance and unlock potential.
